When is my coffee roasted?
After you order it. Every bag is roasted to order in Montreal by our Montreal partners, then labelled and shipped fresh. Nothing sits on a warehouse shelf waiting for a buyer.
What sizes and options do I get?
Every coffee comes in a 225g bag. Pick your roast — light, medium, dark, or espresso — and whole bean or ground.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship from Canada. Canadian orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days; US and international orders in 7–21 business days. Because each bag is roasted to order, please allow a little time for roasting before your order ships.
Who is behind Whimsy Brew?
Whimsy Brew Co. is a small Canadian brand run by Mike & Gia in Ontario — a trade name of MK Assets Ltd. Our coffee is roasted and packed in Montreal by our Canadian roasting partners.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. The full details are in our refund policy at the bottom of this page.
Do you sell brew gear too?
Soon. We're lining up unbranded, good-looking brew gear as add-ons to your coffee order — the coffee is the main event, the gear rides along.
