Whimsy Brew Coffee Co. is a small Canadian company with a simple mission: deliver affordable, high-quality coffee to our community — no snobbery, no inflated prices, no stale beans gathering dust in a warehouse. Just fresh coffee, roasted with care in Canada, at a price that respects your grocery bill.
Our mission
Somewhere along the way, good coffee got complicated and expensive. We started Whimsy Brew to undo that. We keep our margins honest, our batches small, and our standards high — so a genuinely great cup costs what it should, and the people in our community can make one every morning without thinking twice.
Canadian quality, start to finish
Our coffee is roasted in Canada by our roasting partners in Montreal, in small batches and to order — your beans are roasted for you, not pulled from a months-old stockpile. Every bag is sealed fresh at 225g and shipped from Canada to doorsteps across the country and around the world.

Who's behind the cloud
We're Mike & Gia — a husband-and-wife team, coffee lovers, and the entire staff (so far). Whimsy Brew started at our kitchen table, sketching clouds and arguing about roast levels, and it still runs on that same energy: family-owned, Canadian-proud, and built one cup at a time.
